Rockchip Tablet Blue or Red LED

Hi I rad on an ebay advert the the unit with the blue light was a cheaper version and used a slightly inferior screen, is this true as the asking price was £99 against £139 for the unit with a red light

Where is the LED ? On the charger / adapter ?

I could not find this led on the device, unless its the very faint led barely visible in the pin hole under the volume button

The LED in discussion is the one that comes on below the button to the right of the screen when the rocker switch (menu / home) is at the top. When the device is being charged a colored LED (red or blue) comes on.
