rom's for my tablet pc please

I brought a tablet PC off of ebay just a few days ago and when I got it yesterday I notes the Android market is not the REAL Android market. My friend told me to come here to find out about getting help as far as getting rom's for my tablet PC.
Also I need full details on how to install the rom's please.
