Hello everyone!
I am sad my first post could not be a helpful one rather one in need of help

I just got this tablet, its my first Android and it is driving me crazy!
Push the on button and the lights come on but the screen does nothing, it could sit like this for eternity
I tried the Volume up + send + power button and menu+send+power and nothing changes. Pulling the battery and plugging it in makes no difference.
I have searches for hours and I have nothing, PLEASE Help me!

Getting closer and closer to smashing this thing into a million pieces

Upgrade fails every time, 3 little red notches was as far as i got
Normally it fails immediately

Has anyone seen this before? If not anybody need spare parts? :D
I got a great deal on this machine and I am unable to return to BBY.
Must have gotten a bad apple, dang packaging was sealed and everything

Try to format your sdcard and put other firmware.
What was the firmware that it was on your tablet? ....2.1 or 2.2?..
You may have a bad nand but there are still hope.

Not sure what was originally on there, I am still in the process of trying to boot it for the first time.

What is a "nand"

Formatted many times with many versions of firmware
I'll keep at it

Thanks!

Nand is the memory where the ROM is. Basically if you have bad blocks on nand memory it will be hard to rewrite the ROM but not impossible. It was happend once to me to get update compleated and i tryied other firmware and it worked.
