Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet Charging Issues

Hi,

I have a samsung galaxy note 10.1 and it charges really slow when its turned off and when turned on it doesnt charge... at all Im using thev charger it came with and the batteries not old.. infact it started this after itbupdated the OS anyvideas?

Welcome to the forum

Most of the times this happens it's because of a faulty charger, incorrect charger or a bad cable. You could go to a store that sells the Note and see if their store charger works any differently.
