I have purchased a Samsung 10.1 for a construction project management tool. I have not been able to find an application that will allow me to annotate a drawing that is attached to a Word document. I need to be able to list reference numbers at various places on the drawing. Also I have not found an application that will allow me to create a file system on the tablet so I can easily locate a document. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
