I have a Samsung Galaxy tab s2 10.1 that is currently just a paperweight and I'm hoping someone has a way to assist before I send it in for official Samsung repair. I had the issue people talk about not being able to install the updates, not being able to power down the tablet, etc. I worked with the online chat folks at Samsung and we did a factory reset/wipe data from the recovery menu. Now I can't get out of the recovery menu. The tablet will not boot back up at all and the Samsung tech support says I need to send it in for repair. Anyone have anything else I can try before I drop my tablet in the mail?
