Honestly, I installed it and tried it and it isn't all it's cracked up to be. If you are going from an AT&T phone to another AT&T phone thjey have an app for that and it works 1,000 times better. (it's limited to 2GB of total data and contacts). And I was going from a Samsung to anther Samsung and it still wasn't worth the trouble.

With that said, someone on anther forum did get it to work going from an iPhone to a Samsung S4, after trying 5 times.
