sanei n90 iplayer issues??

Hi, my sanei is working fine for most things, got skype pretty much sorted out, connects ok to google play but still having compatibility problems but I d/loaded bbc iplayer. At first it seemed fine, but if you leave it on for more than a few minutes, the sound & pictures break up or freeze. Anyone have any solutions for this problem? As for compatibility, it seems its not judt my device but many ics tabs are struggling. Has anyone thout of listing working & non.working apps for ics yet? This may help find out if its a general problem, or specific to certain devices. I've tried d/loading an update. But instructions aren't that clear( especially chinese ones!). It would be nice to find a good, simple method of updating firmware that made it idiot proof for the likes of us non-techies.
