Saycool A710 Boot Loop Problem

Hi guys I'm new here thanks to technology where we could interact anything from gadgets, social issues entertainment and anything under the sun with the click of a button...hehehe
Anyways here goes.I got myself a Saycool A710 tablet and now I've encounterred a boot loop problem and I've tried doing the combo button power plus volume combo..but it doesnt work..can somebody help me with this is there any way to boot it up like tinker it in hardware? Hope I get an answer thanks guys

Hello,
I was having trouble with my wifi and after much time I reset my tablet to manufacturing setting and when I rebooted the tablet it came back in what I think is Chinese. Now I cN not get back to English even after finding the language setting and selecting English. I also tried Spanish and it want change. Can anyone help he with what I need to do to fix this?
