Screen Freeze

I purchased an Allwinner A23 10" tablet in July on EBay for my mother in-law to play solitaire. It is now stuck on the "Tablet PC, Keep Moving Forward" screen. I tried powering it down completely and restarting it, but after it starts to reboot it goes to the same screen and does nothing else. I have also pushed the reset and get the same results. Does any body have and ideas as to how to make it operational again. It was working fine for about 60 days.

You could try a factory reset: http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/android-tablet-q/62022-how-do-i-factory-reset-my-tablet.html

If there are no instructions there specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying as long as the tablet has a good charge or is plugged in during the reset.
