Screen Went White on MID M9000

My son received an MID M9000 tablet for Christmas from his Uncle. The screen went to white while he was in the middle of playing a game on it - can anyone please help me fins out any information regarding the manufacturer so I can contact them? I am hitting brick wall after brick wall.

You won't be able to contact the manufacturer I guess. But you can try to do a factory reset on it.

I have tried a factory reset but my pc guy said that because the screen is white and there are lines going down it it appears the screen is ruined. Im hitting brik walls i think because I dont know where to look for the info

If you talk about lines then yes the screen appears to be damaged. Maybe your son was a bit hard on the screen while playing the game.
