SDHC card reader and tablet

Hi,

I am looking for a tablet that can connect to a USB card reader (e.g., Transcend P5 USB Card Reader) or have a SDHC slot. I need it in order to see the digital camera photos. Any idea? any model? etc.

Any Tablet that has Active USB Host capability. Some will even allow direct connect to a Camera storage via USB cable.

I just picked up the Toshiba Thrive last weekend and it has a full size SD slot, I have a 32GB SDHC card in it now and also has a full size USB connector that my flash drives work great in as well.

Have you actually tried a card reader in the Thrive? The card reader I have used in my A500 works perfectly and I can also just plug my camera in to my A500 and pull the photos straight into the unit.

I am looking for a cheap solution, Toshiba Thrive is out of my league.

Did someone tried usb reader with arnova, archos, etc?

I have an Archos A5/500, A7-8 Gen1, and my daily user A101-16. All can use SDHC up to 32 Gb and have attached both independently powered HD and USB sticks to all of the three listed.

need android 3.2 os version for SDHC card ?

3.0 or 3.1 will work.
