Ist there any chance to get a special ROM for hacking with android tablets ?

There is a professionell Hacking Tablet from Pwnie Express and their source code is open on a nexus.

Is there any hacking distribution for some tablets, because 795Dollar is a bunch of money ?

I need it for Penetration Tests. NOT for hacking !
