Sero 8 charging

hi all
maybe I'm getting old and dumber but have question..Have a brand new sero 8 from Walmart that needs to now be charged..Had a charge when I got it today..Factory i guess

anyway turn the unit off and use theb wall charger and the battery sysmbol goes off after about 15 seconds or so..what's up with that?

Tom, If your Sero 8 is off, the charge icon will only be on for about 10-15 seconds. That sounds normal.
