idontknow Alternate ATF App Tester Jan 13, 2011 2,102 175 Jul 9, 2012 #2 You have to be connected wirelessly or if you have the 3/4g model you need to have a provider.Then you can use Skype.If you are connected and Skype doesn't work,try uninstalling and re installing it again.
