Slow wifi connection then authentification error Allwinners A10 4.0.4

Hi all
im new here in this website i hope you can help me.
i have a problem with my new android tablet Allwinners 4.0.4
i have bought from Ebay and received it today.. The problem is with wifi connection .. It connects after long time and then show an authentification error message.
i have tried to adjust the router but with no succuss .. I have tried also to update the system but i didnt found the "system update" in "about tablet" section.
i think that the problem with the firmware installed.. Could you pls help me to re-install or flash the right firmware ?
Any suggestions? Thank you.

The problem is likely the router. First, try restarting your router. Then check for a firmware upgrade there. If none, and still not working, try with no security. Your password should not include any special characters or spaces..

For whatever reason your router is not seeing the proper security from the tablet. Between all these other options, (mire in a link below) tap the connection and tell it to forget then reconnect.
