Slyvania 7" Mini Table

I have the model number: SYTABBL7 from the factory it can with Android 2.2 installed, I tried to do a factory reset and all I get now is the SYLAVANIA on the screen.

Could someone please help.

I am willing to put a different version of whatever it takes to get this system up and running.

I am tried contacting Sylvania to no luck; would someone please help a new comer out.
