SOC says tablet is rooted, superuser doesn't work!

Hello friends,
I had my S7 Slim rooted and working well. All of a sudden I seem to have lost su privileges! Using SOC I unrooted and then rooted my tablet (2x to be sure). Each time, I get confirmation that the tablet is rooted, but Superuser does not approve requests for access. There are no programs listed.
Additional information, bluetooth keyboard connect and screenshot work fine, Ti backup and Quickboot don't!
Has anybody experienced this? Does anybody have a solution? I can't use any other root apps!

It look like something is corrupt on your system.
When you open superuser application ca you update the su in your system?....
Do you have a file explorer capable to open system files to check if su is installed on system partition?...
You can try to root *again your device with gingerbreak.apk
