Soft Button Problem

Hello all, I am new to the process and the Kryos MID8024. My problem is that all of the soft buttons stay lit up all the time and are therefore rendered useless. I have tried to reset the tablet and have also tried restarting. Neither worked. Any ideas?

When and where did you buy your tablet? That kind of behavior only happens when there's no driver for the softkey button or you bought a damage tablet

Did you root or installed a custom ROM? If yes, try restoring the original firmware from Coby's website: Consumer Entertainment Products On the Go! | COBY Electronics.

If you haven't done either then probably it's what flxrms said...
