I need to know installed software (ex. jelly bean, ice cream sandwich .. etc) on galaxy note 2 10.1 n8000.

On my N7-2, it's in Settings - System - About Tablet. Should be something similar for you.

What about Tablet or Device?

Otherwise, you can install Smart System Info free and run it. Tap the little green Android on the top line and your system information will be displayed for you. You can get it at either:

I got it now, it is 4.1.2
Is it latest version ?.
If it is not shall I update ?.

That's Jellybean and I think it's the latest available for your tablet. You could check the Samsung website to be sure.
