[Solved sorta] google play download stuck.

Does anyone have a fix for app download/update stuck, I know I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.
I've tried the Google play clear cache....and Google talk sign out sign fix but no joy...

Google talk wouldn't be involved. You may want to look at the play and Google Framework in setings - apps - all and clear everything that can be cleared on both and force close/stop. Then restart your tablet and try again.

If that doesn't work you could try removing the Google account, restart then add the account back in.

Got it sorted!
Force stopped download manager
Cleared cache on Google account manager then cleared cache on Google play...
Not bad for guesses! Hahhaha

So I now have a solution via Google.
Thanks for writing in. For the app updates please clear the data of the play store and Google services framework then reboot your phone and sign into Google Talk on your phone. It's a white word bubble with blue letters in it that spell "TALK". Once you've done this, you should be able to update apps.
