[Solved] Words are underlined in red

Most words in my textpad are underlined in red. Looks like my Android 4.0.3 is not finding a standard spell check dictionary. I have turned off spell checking, auto correction, etc. in the keyboard (Android default, and also FlexT9).

What do I need to do to stop those red underlines?

I hadn't noticed this problem, I always use custom keyboards, anyway good to know for those that have the problem there is a fix.

The manufacturer (YG) could have included those 2 .apk files in /system/app/ and saved end-users many months of grief. Lol.
