"sorry cant play this video" on youtube videos

Just purchased tablet for my daughter, seems to work pretty well although I cant play you tube videos, keep getting "cant play this video" messages. Flash 10.1 shows to be downloaded in app manager section. I dont know if Flash 10.1 needs to be turned on or activated somehow or if it really is not 10.1 compatible.

Please help!!
