Just brought 10.1" inch android 4.2 jelly bean tablet pc dual core mid apad epad a20 for my daughter.....youtube and bt sport ok to watch but bbc iplayer and itv player only getting sound no picture any one help please thanks steve

Its a good idea to check the comments where you got the app to look for clues. A number of apps don't work well on my devices.

You say you just got the tablet. You might consider a factory reset if the problem continues. So your daughter watches all the sports ?

all apps are off apps store...and maybe sometimes I will borrow for the Rugby on Bt Sport
