Streaming Videos on Andoid problems with Sliverlight

Hi,

A cousin of mine has an android tablet and is having trouble streaming videos. It asks him to install silverlight and we never can. I tried to see what I could do, but I can't figure it out. He is trying to stream videos on the site Rai International(Italian TV). Anyone know how I can install it or any other options?

I may be quite wrong, but I was under the impression that Silverlight was for Microsoft Windows?

Well it had an option for Windows and/or Apple. I don't know much about Android, so that's why I am asking.
