stuck on boot up screen

hi im new to all this so dont know alot. I got an android tablet (as far as i can tell its ODEM make android 2.2 kernel 2.6.32 build number v1.5.3) it factory reset i have done this and now it is stuck on main screen will not do nothing at all is not gettins as far as the page with the little green guy please help i have only had this 2 days so would really like it sorted.

Try cleaning up your system using registry cleaner programs or if that fails, try resetting the gadget to default... hope that helps
