Sumvision Cyclone Voyager 10.1

am looking at buying this tablet, but as it is fairly new out i cant find any reviews. does anyone have any experience using this tablet?
i also read that some cheaper tablets are incompatible with the google play store, how would i find out if its compatible or not?
