My tablet will not boot past the android screen. just keeps going...going....going. I have tried using the reset button. nothing. I think a HARD RESET might work but have no idea how to do it since the help manual is installed on the tablet and I can't get to it. Anyone out there who can give me a hand? Would much appreciate it!

For some reason, the manual will be useless. It does not tell you how to hard reset. Conventionally, using the power and home key should yield a menu but the supersonic matrix doesn't give you that function. You best option is to try to reset it in quick successions. If that fails, then unless you're tech savvy, best you let a pro do it.
