Given your price range, the only one I could recommend is the ICOO D50. Not sure if you have access to Amazon.com where you are, here in the states these tablets are coming in at under 90.00 us dollars so they should come in under 7000 where you are.
Good luck.
Wanted to add here that while these are very nice little tablets for the price, they do not handle Netflix well. So if Netflix is a must this is probably a pass. If it's not then this is a great option for you.
