I just uploaded an update about 2 days ago and my firmware still says 2.1.

But the version they are selling at brandsmartusa is a 2.2 tablet. I was following that link and until yesterday the link said "Coming soon". Today the tablet is up for online order.

I might go to brandamartusa one of these days to check it out.

Sorry, no. Digital Gadgets personally told me they are not putting out 2.2 only features of 2.2

Yeah, I purchased my from Toys-R-Us and it was advertised as a 2.2 tablet. This is why I selected this tablet. They have since updated their website. I am guessing this is the same situation.

That is why, this tablet is a scam
They will never go 2.2 and promised it on October 2010 that will be release on January 2011... are we still waiting, aren't we?
Additionally, Flash... forget it, another promise
This chinese piece of electronics is generic and sold here as Sylvania but it is not a propietary make
And DG is only a seller here in USA, not Sylvania
I will run to return it tomorrow morning... good luck
