Syncing phone and tab

I have a Samsung galaxy nexus running ics and a Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 running honeycomb. I want to be able to sync all my pictures from my phone with my tab automatically as long as I am on wifi, sort of like the blackberry bridge concept they use for the Playbook. Ideally I would like everything synced all the time, but pictures and videos are my primary concern. I have searched and searched but can't find anything. I tried sugar sync but couldn't seem the get the two devices to sync with each other properly.

I can't be the only one that wants to sync up, anyone have any suggestions for me?

You should be able to sync them through a picasa account using google sync.

I think the picture quality may be reduced by doing this. You will have to enable instant upload through your Google+ account too and it will add them to your instant upload directory and you can get them on both devices.
