SYNET7LP-DS Will Not Boot Up

Hi,

I bought the SYNET7LP-DS the week before Christmas from Sears. It didn't run an entire week.
I plugged it up one night and the next morning it would not boot up at all.
Previously when I would plug it up to charge a little red light would light up until fully charged and then a green light. Now when plugged in there is a faint green light and that is all. The device will not boot up at all. I don't know what could have happened and was wondering if anybody had any suggestions.

Does it even turn on and just not get past the Sylvania screen??

No, it never even gets to the Sylvania screen. It's as if it is dead which it may be.
