System restore, Zenithink Epad ZT-180 Running android 2.1

Hey guys, how do i do a system restore on a Epad running Android 2.1. I bought it recently and want to make it like new to register my details. Also i have tried downloading games and themes from the android market but when i click install it says it will start download soon.. i scroll once the top says its downloading but then its blank next to. Doesnt say its finsihed or cancelled..

Also would like to know if it is possible to update to android 2.2? and how i would do this step by step please..
