I just purchased the unit.
My intent is to have a small screen portable for holding reference pdf, images, and an e-reader.
My home wifi network is unlocked (I live rural)
The unit 'sees' my wifi network.
it connects to my wifi network
it shows : connected / open / excellent signal / link speed at 54 M
yet anything using the internet will stall out and say it can't find the internet
Real annoying, as Kobo will NOT work past 'can't connect to the server'.
I already *have* some .epub files
Also, the build in DroidReader will not open *any* of my pdf files - even the ones from commercial sources
