T10 Tablet locked

Hi my son locked his tablet using the pattern lock and could not unlock it, now it will not even let us unlock it using google account, is there any other way to unlock this tablet?

You will have to do a factory reset. I am not familiar with the T10 but for a lot of Androids the reset is to hold Vol. Up/Vol. Down then Power. If that doesn't work try Googeling the manufacturer of the tablet for the sequence. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Good luck.
