Tab-730 charging

I bought a Digix Tab-730 for my wife about 4 months back, she loves it. But she is having trouble charging it. The charging port has some play in it and when she plugs the charging cable into it she has to wiggle it to get it to charge. Any movement and it wont charge the battery. Don't seem to ever get a full charge. Is there any way to tighten or stabilize the charging port so it will charge right? Thank you;simjack45
