tablet a13 q88 reset

hello can any1 please help me... i friends daughter has forgoten her draw password for her a13 q88 pc tablet can any1 help??
i have tryed load and not worked even took it to pc world and they couldnt help... please any1 on here that can answer this please??

You have to re-flash it...You need to put it into programming mode, plug the usb lead in and re-flash it
