Hi there i just baught a new galaxy tab 10.1 and want to connect it to samsung kies but kies just gives me a message that says can not connect to device.
Can anyone help me to get that problem fixed
I'm assuming you have Kies on the tablet and it''s running. It also needs to be on your computer if that's what you are trying to communicate with. And it should also be running on the computer.
