Tablet Dead After Overclocking

Hi ,
I am new in the forum and i need to find help about my problem.
I have one Onda Vi40 Ultimate and after overclocking the tablet don't start, i see only the android logo in the screen.
Is really dead or i have any hope.Please i need your help.

Yep, i think u should download a custom ROM for Vi40 in this forum and re-upgrade ROM by Cyanogen mode (onsd card). How to upgrade u can find many post at this 4rum. If it doesn't work, try to download ROM from manufacture and upgrade again. I think u must upgrade to Android 4.1.1 JB, it's smoothly and manage battery, CPU clock better than ICS 4.0
