Tablet doesn't read my penndrive

I just bought a Super Pad III tablet from China but I'm unable to get it read my external penndrive. Can someone provide me with instructions on how to do it.
The other situation I'm have trouble with is Android Market,. Every time I try to download an appication it gives me the massage "there are no android phones associated with this account, please sign in with a different account". How can I overcome this problem?

I had same problem with android market it does not work. The tablet will not read your pen drive if you have multiple folders and files on it. Get a new android market.apk file or just overwrite the tablet with a custom rom.

With my tablet I used Vestinious M009s ROM 1.1.6
