tablet from hong kong still in Foreign International Dispatch

i ordered a tablet off of ebay here - NEW 7" APAD Android iRobot Wifi Rockchip MID Tablet PC - eBay (item 280558666420 end time Sep-11-10 07:05:07 PDT)

on 09/10/2010. they shipped it on the 13th with a usps tracking number of (RB299606200HK) and i tracked it just now it is still not in the usa. how long should i wait on this thing before i contact the seller or ebay ?

They are probably shipping it to you the cheapest way possible. That means standard 3 week shipping.

Hong Kong Post office can take up to 10 days before it will dispatch depends how busy they are, there is nothing you can do
