Tablet Keeps Resetting and Won't Update

Hi all my tablet is playing up it keeps reseting itself every time i turn it on.
also it wont allow me to update it when i go to update it says an unknown error has
occured

the tablet is

android in me tablet pc Q8H

i know how to hard rest which hasnt worked also cant find a driver
for the computer to hook it up via usb i have alsi downloaded android sdk
and superuser but not working really need to fix this.

please some one help
