My tablet samsung galaxy note 10.1 N8000 is shutting down all the time.

I've already restored the default configurations.

Can someone help me?

you could try downloading Samsung Kies (google it) to your pc, then connect your tab via the data (charging) cable, run kies which will find and install the lateset (4.1 jellybean) firmware, this is a good system as it backs up and reinstall all your data and setting automatically; this process will almost certainly correct the faults you have been experencing.
