Tablet Won't Download Books

Hi everyone here I am sitting by my Computer trying to figure out how to fix my Sylvania tablet, we live in lower Michigan so its cold out side. I am a retired toolmaker and a woodcarver I got the tablet last year for my birthday and it worked fine till yesterday, now it will not let me download books from Kobo or any other site, I have read about the 3 finger boot to reset the tablet but that doesn't seem to work.

Hi bob, sorry to hear about your troubles. Is it possible you ran out of space on your tablet and need to uninstall some apps or delete some books before trying to download new ones? Deleted books and apps will still be waiting for you in the cloud if you got them from Google or Amazon and wish to reinstall them in the future.
