I have a zeki quad core model TBOG1048B. I cannot get tablet on. Last time i tried it had a full charge. It would seem to turn on but screen was super dark.
If the screen is super dark, the backlight acted as if it failed. It may in fact have indeed failed. What happens when you connect the tablet to a PC and try to power it up?
