TCC8902 Help with hack for tablet with smashed screen

I have a Tablet with a smashed screen I got from my Niece. I was wanting to hook it up to the tv to utilize it as an Android TV box with xbmc. I cant read the screen to get to the menu to even try to turn on the HDMI. Is there a root for this? Since I can't get to the development screen is there a way dump or boot this from a micro sd card? PC? If a PC what is the best and easiest interface software? the board is a iNET-97C# Rev03. any help would be great!!
