Temple run

ok everyone, I got my kids elocity a7 internet tablets for Christmas. The love to play games which is why I bought them. The problem is the "tilt" for games like Temple run doesnt work. the guy just runs down one side. I have tried to contact the company but i dont get a response so im hoping someone one here can help me. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

I am not familiar with your tablet. Do the specs say it has a motion sensor or gyroscope? You may want to power down and back up to see if it makes a difference.
