Text not changing.

I have a PDF file that I converted to epub with Calibre, but the problem is that the text doesn't change. I was wondering if the was a fix for this or would I have to compile a new epub from scratch?

I'm not certain what you mean when you say the text doesn't change. How does it not change and what PDF reader are you using?
