Does it have access to the droid store also?

This doesn't have the official market app on it, although you can get it after you root it (Using z4root) and use ADP to get access to it (see Here). There is also an alternative market if you don't wish to pay for your apps, it's called Applanet. Works great, although sometimes the servers are slow.

Other than that this tablet works well for web browsing and your basic game playing.
