I have been using a Huawei S7 and new to the Thrive. I have several updates from Toshiba dated before my purchase date of 11/20/11. Does anyone now if all updates improve performance? Tablet seems great and I don't want to mess it up!
You definitely wouldn't want to update if you plan to root your device as the update removes fastboot. If you NEVER plan to root (unless someone finds a method of rooting without fastboot) then you can apply updates.
